Shell Graduate Programme -- Digital and Innovations Manager

The Shell Graduate Programme is a development framework that enables new graduates to become fully independent Shell professionals in 2-5 years. At Shell, new graduates have access to an unparalleled range of roles and world-class training and development opportunities, including:
  Leadership skills development
  Networking, Coaching and Mentoring relationships
  Learning curriculum (training, e-learning modules, accreditation)
Who we’re looking for:

Graduates who meet the following requirements:
  Possess leadership presence and involvement in team working environment experience
  Strong communication and presentation skills
  Have a Degree (Bachelors, Masters or PhD) Marketing, Digital, or other related disciplines
The Job we offer you: Digital and Innovations Manager

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
  Develop the digital vision of the end-to-end customer journey and prioritize the touchpoints where digitalization would enhance triggers to purchase and remove barriers to sales growth
  Manage and drive initiatives that will make the customer experience more delightful and fun via digital/innovations with priorities on enhancing payment convenience in HK and Macau (e.g. Near Field Communication payment, mobile payment, digital vouchers)
  Leverage on readily-available payment technologies and related Ecosystem (e.g. WeChat pay, Alipay) to drive traffic from online to offline and captivate customer loyalty
  Maximize sales potential through an increased online presence and develop & manage platform with best-in-class user experience to drive business growth (e.g. eCommerce)
  Work closely with Marketing Managers to create delightful customer experience, cost effective acquisition and retention plan to induce spending opportunities in social media and platforms via continuous learning and Customer Relationship Management optimization
  Optimize customer user experience across all digital platforms (own, paid, social media) which Shell decided to have a presence (e.g. user friendliness, content timeliness & relevance, search quality)
  Work closely with Payment & Loyalty Manger in integration of mobile-based projects and other innovations in building the Paylo Ecosystem

Key/Special Challenges
  Steep learning curve in understanding the IT infrastructure for appreciation of various project interdependencies
  Dependencies on site system upgrade project to enable future digital capabilities
  Work with multi-function colleagues effectively without formal authority in virtual project teams
  A big range of various level stakeholder engagement and deliver through and with others


EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  Degree holder in Marketing, Digital, or other related disciplines
  Strong experience and interest in social media marketing–content development, community management, video production is a plus
  Strong customer focus and commercial sense
  Good communication skills and strong interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively communicate and engage with all levels of Retail organization.
  Ability to handle multiple task/project, and being self-motivated
  Proven track record in working effectively within a team with ability to coach, harmonize and motivate task force to achieve the agreed targets without formal authority
  Strong drive to succeed, open-mind to new initiatives and challenge
  Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese; fluency in Cantonese a plus
