The Job we offer you: Digital and InnovationsManager PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES l Develop thedigital vision of the end-to-end customer journey and prioritize thetouchpoints where digitalization would enhance triggers to purchase and removebarriers to sales growth l Manage and driveinitiatives that will make the customer experience more delightful and fun viadigital/innovations with priorities on enhancing payment convenience in HK andMacau (e.g. Near Field Communication payment, mobile payment, digital vouchers) l Leverage onreadily-available payment technologies and related Ecosystem (e.g. WeChat pay,Alipay) to drive traffic from online to offline and captivate customer loyalty l Maximize salespotential through an increased online presence and develop & manage platformwith best-in-class user experience to drive business growth (e.g. eCommerce) l Work closelywith Marketing Managers to create delightful customer experience, costeffective acquisition and retention plan to induce spending opportunities insocial media and platforms via continuous learning and Customer RelationshipManagement optimization l Optimizecustomer user experience across all digital platforms (own, paid, social media)which Shell decided to have a presence (e.g. user friendliness, content timeliness& relevance, search quality) l Work closelywith Payment & Loyalty Manger in integration of mobile-based projects andother innovations in building the Paylo Ecosystem Key/SpecialChallenges l Steep learningcurve in understanding the IT infrastructure for appreciation of variousproject interdependencies l Dependencies onsite system upgrade project to enable future digital capabilities l Work withmulti-function colleagues effectively without formal authority in virtualproject teams l A big range ofvarious level stakeholder engagement and deliver through and with others EXPERIENCEAND QUALIFICATIONS: l Degree holder inMarketing, Digital, or other related disciplines l Strongexperience and interest in social media marketing–content development,community management, video production is a plus l Strong customerfocus and commercial sense l Goodcommunication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
